THE STATE OF THE INDUSTRY REPORT
This report, jointly written by Stuart Mitchell (Catch The MICE) and Judith Wilson (EVENTIT), is a compilation of thoughts, opinions and challenges felt across the events and hospitality sector. Gathered using feedback and input expressed by speakers, exhibitors and delegates during the EVENTIT Roadshow in spring 2023, this 'State of the Industry Report' encapsulates the current climate of the industry today.
EXPERIENCEit is EVENTIT's flagship event in Scotland, designed to nurture collaboration and innovation within the event industry. It features interactive engagements, educational masterclasses, and panel discussions on topics such as sustainability and hybrid events. EXPERIENCEit aims to bring together professionals from various sectors to share insights, network, and explore cutting-edge event solutions. Catch the MICE collaborate, source and host buyers, and exhibit on an annual basis, representing a number of our key clients.
Roadshows with Catch the MICE
Following the success of our 2023/4 roadshows, EVENTIT is returning in August 2025 for regional events in collaboration with Catch the MICE. These half-day events bring Scotland’s top suppliers to decision-makers in England's major cities. The day begins with a panel discussion on key industry topics: sustainability, diversity and accessibility, technology, and memorable experiences. This is followed by an exhibition where delegates interact with up to five Scottish suppliers through demonstrations. The event concludes with a networking lunch, providing ample opportunities for meaningful connections.
